Returns will be considered on faulty items, or items damaged during shipping.
Please contact us if you have a complaint about your item, specifying the nature of the fault and we will do our very best to rectify the problem.
Faulty items may need to be returned to us for either replacement or a full refund of the purchase price but please contact us first.
Whilst we have never had any problems to date, we want you to be a happy customer so we will endeavour to deal with any complaints in a fair, efficient and sensible way.
In the unlikely event of an item not being delivered, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, so we urge you to consider registering your parcel if you are concerned about the reliability of the postal service in your area or if your order is a large one.
Please be aware that handmade cards are by their nature individual, so whilst every effort is made to produce an identical product, there will always be minor differences when multiple cards of the same design are produced. However, this will not detract from the quality of the cards.
Handmade cards are usually made to order and take time to complete, so please allow up to 5 days for completion of your order. If you require your cards urgently, please contact us first, to confirm that we will be able to complete your order in time.
Occasionally, we do need to substitue materials due to issues with supply but your cards will not alter in appearance and will always include supplies of equal quality.
We do pack our cards carefully but sometimes the mailing process can damage frail items. Please do consider insuring your parcel if you are in any way concerned about the mailing of your order. If damage does occur, during transit, please contact us with your issue and be aware that we may ask for details and or photos. Items damaged during transit will usually be replaced and partial refunds may be given depending on the damage.
