Shipping for Webstore Items -
We do not seek to profit from shipping. Shipping charges will include
the cost of packaging and the cost of mailing to your location
determined by weight. If you have any queries or concerns over your
order and/or the shipping cost, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How do I place an order from the webstore?
Please take a look at our webstore which lists our craft supplies.
If you are only ordering one item, just add what you want to buy to the
basket and proceed to the Paypal checkout. You are not committed to pay
at this point.
Shipping charges will be added to your order by Paypal and you can then
proceed to payment by signing into Paypal only when you are happy with
your order total.
Your item will be shipped to you once payment has been received. Please
ensure that you supply your full name, delivery address and email when
you make your payment.
Why not combine your purchases and save money!If you are buying more than one item, please contact us for a combined
shipping quote as we will always try to give you the best possible shipping
deal. We will then invoice you with the combined shipping and then you
can go ahead to make payment if you are happy with your order.
Go for a Prepaid Satchel and save!
For deliveries in Australia, a prepaid satchel is usually the most
economical. We will fit in as much as we can for either a 500g or 3kg
satchel so you get to save as much as possible. We only charge the

How do I get my member discount?
If you are a member then you are entitled to a 10% discount on your
webstore order total before shipping. Send us your order using the
Contact form link before making a payment and we will send you an
adjusted invoice including the discount for your order. You can then go
ahead and pay through Paypal if you are happy with the total.
