Mementoes In Time

Today, we are continuing the EASTER theme with this lovely vintage rabbit image from the Graphics Fairy.

Techniques used include:

• Crackle glazing
• Perfect Pearls
  

The image was covered with crackle medium to give an aged crackled look. I used the Plaid Folk Art Two step crackle glaze here but any similar thing will do the trick.

The background is a Hero Arts 'Old French Writing' stamp. If you rub over the crackle glaze with some ink, it brings out the effect much more. I am using my trusty Tea Dye Distress here and also around the edges of the card. I have also used some Perfect Pearls on the card edge to give it a little shine but the photo doesn't really pick it up.
