1. Where is my download file?

   Your download email containing the link you need to access your files will be sent to you automatically as soon as you have paid. The email comes from a site (Softseller.com) which manages our downloads for us and this may end up in your junk/spam folder. Please check these folders first if you haven't received your download email.

   Also, please be aware that your download will be sent to the address which you have used to register with PAYPAL and this is also the address you have to enter to get your links. Therefore, you will need to check your inbox at this address for your download email. People often use different email addresses for Paypal and normal use, so make sure you check the address registered to your Paypal account first.
   

   If you have still not received your download, please contact us. We always get a copy of the download email that is sent to you, so we can tell if the transaction has occurred correctly.
   

2. Why can't I download my file?

   There may be a number of reasons that you might have problems with downloading your file.

   Firstly, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read our files as our downloads and printable files (other than our digital stamps) are PDFs.If you don't already have it loaded on your computer, you can get Acrobat free from Adobe.com. Our digital stamps are supplied as JPEG and PNG files, so can be downloaded without Adobe Acrobat.

   Many internet providers limit the size of downloads, so you need to check your download limit. Our files vary in size but are not normally bigger than 2MB as we compress the larger ones. If you are having problems, please contact us, as it may be possible to compress files further, although you this can reduce the quality.

   Your download links will remain open for a period of time so you should save your files to your computer right away to ensure you can acess them in the future.

   You can only download the files from the download link a limited number of times, so if you are unable to access your files, it may be because you have exceeded your allocated number of downloads. This is done to stop our files from being downloaded by other people who have not purchased them but please contact us if you wish to download these files again and we can sort it out for you.

   Very occasionally, there might be a problem with the download link itself but we do check the integrity of our links often, so we don't expect this to occur. When someone reports a problem with downloading, this is the first thing we check.
   

3. Can I sell stuff I make?

   The wardrobe design used to produce the Cupboard Love Wardrobe Kit, Wardrobe, Shelf, Window, Screen and Shop Card Kits and die cuts is an original copyright design belonging to  Mementoes In Time. Although you may sell the finished cards or any other related products in a finished form you may not sell the unmade kits or copy or transfer the original wardrobe, shelf, window or shop design into any other medium including but not limited to dies or digital formats or use them to produce any other item or product either in part or whole without prior permission from Mementoes in Time.  For enquiries relating to selling our kits, please contact us at  Mementoesintime or use our contact form

   WE ARE NO LONGER SUPPLYING PHYSICAL KITS. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO OUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE INCLUDED WITH YOUR DOWNLOAD.

1. Do you ship internationally?

   Yes we do. Just send your order to us using the contact form and we can supply you with a shipping quote for your order. If you just want to ask about shipping without placing an order then just contact us with your query and we will get the information to you right away.  We also have a range of downloadable templates that you can get access to right away and use your own materials with.

   PLEASE NOTE FOR THE FORSEEABLE FUTURE WE ARE NO LONGER SUPPLYING PHYSICAL KITS. ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOW SUPPLIED AS DIGITAL FILES EITHER AS PDFS OR DIGITAL STAMPS.
